Class Dojo
ClassDojo is a free online/app based communication tool.
Parents and carers can see a “whole-school story”, where whole-school announcements can be made and a “class story”, where you can see your child’s teacher’s announcements.
There is also a messenger function where you can send private messages to teaching staff and vice versa.
Email and Text
Emails are sent frequently from the school informing of forthcoming After School Clubs, School Trips, School and ELC events and other information that we feel is useful to parents/carers.
Texts are normally used in an emergency or to remind parents of important events.
Please ensure that you keep up up to date with any email or mobile phone changes as you may miss out on important information from us.
Newsletters
Our montly newsletter is sent out by email at the beginning of the month.
This is full of information about what has been happening in the school and ELC during the preceding month and also what events are coming up soon. We also celebrate the successes of our Brilliant Bairns in our newsletters as well as passing on important information about school and nursery life.
Please ensure that you have an up to date email address registered with the school to receive the email.
Pupil Progress Reports
Pupil Progress Reports are sent out twice in an academic year. This year we are sending out reports for pupils in P1-7 on 1 November 2024 and 16 May 2025. For the children in the ELC going into P1 in August, they will receive their Report in June 2025.
